OPR are seeking a Building Manager in Liverpool for an area leading property management company who have multiple offices across the UK. Our ideal candidate is a Building Manager with several years’ experience in a building manager position where they have dealt with fire safety, security/door entry systems and has had an oversight of all building compliance. We’re looking for someone keen to learn and progress their career within building management as there will be progression opportunities offered to those who perform well.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring it is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times
  • Oversee maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors and service providers as needed
  • Carry out regular inspections of communal areas, plant rooms, and safety systems
  • Respond promptly to residents’ queries, maintenance issues, and emergencies
  • Support move-ins/move-outs and assist with access for deliveries or tradespeople
  • Monitor budgets and report on building-related expenses where required

Salary/Benefits

  • £35,000 salary
  • 9-5, Monday to Friday
  • 28 days annual leave
