We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Resident Services Leasing Associate to join the front-of-house team at a premium residential development in Southampton. This is a pivotal role in ensuring residents receive exceptional service, the building is maintained to high standards, and properties are let efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with brand standards
- Conduct property viewings and support the full lettings journey
- Manage inbound leads and customer communications via Salesforce
- Carry out Right to Rent checks and reference reviews
- Collaborate with the Lettings Manager to ensure properties are market-ready
- Coordinate resident bookings for amenity spaces and cleaning services
- Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Manage parcels, keys, and visitor logs
- Prepare and deliver shift handover documentation
- Identify opportunities to enhance resident experience and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in residential lettings, hospitality, or travel & tourism
- Strong leasing experience and a target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Awareness of Health & Safety requirements and ability to implement them
- Experience in event coordination is a plus
- Relevant qualifications in property or customer service are advantageous
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9am – 6pm (lone working, with Sunday & Monday off)
- Bank holidays may require cover, with flexibility to book off if resourced
