OPR is working alongside a market-leading property managing agent in Central London seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Manager to oversee an exclusive portfolio of 80 luxury residential properties, while leading, and shaping the performance of a talented team of 5 Property Managers. This is a rare chance to elevate your property management career into true leadership, driving exceptional service standards across London’s prime property market. The Role Will Include
- Leading a team of 5 Property Managers, setting KPIs and driving performance
- Managing a VIP portfolio of 80 exclusive high-end properties across Central London
- Overseeing compliance, repairs, tenancy renewals, and resident satisfaction
- Acting as the escalation point for very high net-worth landlords and tenants
- Working closely with directors to deliver the highest customer care standards
- Playing a key role in team development and mentoring staff
Salary/benefits
- £40,000 + Bonus if KPI is met
- 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + birthday off
- ARLA qualification sponsorships

Criteria Needed To Be Invited For An Interview
- 2 years+ experience in residential property management
