We’re on the lookout for a personable, proactive, and organised Property Manager to take the reins of an excellently maintained residential portfolio. This isn’t just another job, it’s a role with true autonomy, a clear progression path, and the backing of a supportive team who value your expertise.
Responsibilities
- Managing your own portfolio of 260 properties across Leamington Spa and Warwickshire
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks
- Conducting property visits and check-outs (inventories are outsourced)
- Handling tenancy issues, renewals, and ensuring smooth processes from start to finish
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Maintaining consistently high standards of customer care
Benefits
- £28,000 salary + commission with OTE £32,000
- 24 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas
- 45p per mile paid

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00am – 1:00pm, with a full day off in lieu
Qualifications
- 2 years+ experience in residential property management
- Excellent organisational and communicational skills
- Confident in managing your own portfolio
- Full UK driver’s license
