Overview
OPR are seeking a Property Manager in Darlington for a boutique property management company who have recently doubled their residential portfolio. We’re looking for individuals with a strong property management background where the main duties are conducting property viewings and completing inventories. In this position, you will have direct support from a property assistant who will take all the in-bound queries from tenants whilst you focus on building strong relationships with landlords.
Responsibilities
- Managing a residential portfolio of 225 residential properties across the Darlington and the surrounding area
- Conducting routine property visits
- Assist in bringing in new business
- Liaising efficiently with landlords in a timely manner
- Issuing section notices when needed
Salary / Benefits
- £30,000 salary
- 8:30–4:30, Mon-Fri
- No weekend work
- 21 days annual leave + bank holidays
- ARLA qualification sponsorship
- Clear scope for internal progression
Requirements
- 2+ years property management experience
- Full UK Driving License
- Great organisational skills
- Excellent PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ARLA qualifications (preferred)
