PROPERTY INSPECTOR – NORTH LONDON – UP TO £30K

About the Role

As a Property Inspector, you’ll be responsible for ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards and compliant with regulations. Your duties will include:

• Performing routine and ad-hoc property inspections in line with compliance requirements
• Checking water quality, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural integrity
• Conducting indoor and outdoor inspections and documenting findings
• Identifying maintenance needs and safety hazards promptly
• Preparing detailed inspection reports and taking photographs for accurate records
• Liaising with tenants and landlords to arrange access and provide updates
• Coordinating with contractors and maintenance teams for repairs
• Ensuring adherence to lease agreements and health & safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• A full UK driving licence is essential – if held for less than a year, you must have access to your own car
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
