One Property Recruitment is delighted to be working with a reputable and growing South Coast–based property firm, with this opportunity specifically based from their Portsmouth office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Block Manager to join a close-knit and collaborative team, managing a well-maintained residential leasehold portfolio. You will have full ownership of your sites, supported by experienced colleagues and established internal teams. Responsibilities
- Manage a residential leasehold block portfolio across Portsmouth and surrounding areas
- Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, and contractors
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, health and safety compliance, and service charge budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections, attend and chair AGMs, and manage day-to-day property matters
- Work closely with accounts, admin support, and senior leadership to ensure high service delivery
About You
- Proven experience as a Block Manager within residential leasehold property
- Strong understanding of service charge budgets, compliance, and leasehold legislation
- TPI qualified or working towards is desirable but not essential
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage relationships and resolve issues effectively
- Well organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a portfolio independently
- Based within commutable distance of Portsmouth
