One Property Recruitment are exclusively partnered with a leading BTR operator to recruit a Weekend Community Host for a flagship development in Milton Keynes. Known for their award-winning approach to placemaking, this operator blends design-led living with a strong sense of community, making this the perfect role for someone passionate about exceptional service and authentic resident engagement.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver a standout first impression for residents, visitors, and stakeholders
- Handle day-to-day front of house duties including post, parcels, and resident requests
- Log and resolve resident concerns swiftly and empathetically via the internal database
- Support leasing and renewal activity by conducting tours and handling enquiries
- Carry out community inspections and ensure all shared spaces are immaculate
- Assist in planning and delivering community events and resident communications
- Maintain high standards of service and presentation in line with brand values
- Follow Health & Safety policies and support compliance standards across the site
- Experience in residential services, guest relations, hospitality, or sales
- A warm, calm, and solutions-focused manner under pressure
- Impeccable organisation and attention to detail
- Fluent spoken and written English, and confidence using Microsoft Office
- A collaborative spirit with a passion for excellent customer service
- £14,414.40 per annum, based on working 24 hours per week (8am–8pm Saturday & Sunday with 1 hour unpaid break each day), which equates to a £24,000–£26,000 full-time equivalent salary
