OPR are seeking a Credit Controller for an area leading property management company located in Manchester City Centre. You will be assisting the department with all administration duties, while the main focus is to chase rent arrears from tenants within the portfolio. The role offers opportunities for career progression and rewards commitment.
Salary/Benefits
- £30,000 salary
- 9:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

The Primary Responsibilities Comprise Of
- Dialing tenants to discuss their rent arrears
- Maintaining good credit within the residential portfolio
- Assisting with the property managers where needed
- Adhering to administration duties
- Taking instruction from the lettings director
- Potentially managing your own small portfolio of properties
The ideal candidate looks like …
- Experience within the finance side of property management
- Excellent communication skills, mainly via phone
- Strong administration skills including the use of Microsoft systems
- Meticulous organisational skills
- Knowledge of MRI Qube property management software (desirable)
