One Property Recruitment are actively in search for an experienced Building Manager in Manchester city centre (M4) to manage a team of on-site staff and have oversight of an estate with 4 residential buildings. This presents an exceptional opportunity to become part of an award-winning company that offers clear scope for progression after adopting a vigorous approach to expansion. You will be joining a winning team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have 2 years' experience in building management and a thorough approach to delivering excellent customer service. As a Building Manager, your duties will incorporate H&S risk checks, maintaining statutory compliance, reviewing M&E reports, and liaising with contractors. We're looking for someone ambitious who is ready for their next challenge.
