Are you seeking a new opportunity in Property Management? We are partnered with a rapidly growing property management company in Farringdon, London who is looking for a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 120 residential properties across central London. We are looking for a property manager with at least 2 years' experience, good longevity with previous employers and someone who wants career progression in a collaborative, high performing environment. You will be supported with clear training and qualification support (ARLA).
Role Requirements
- Manage a local portfolio of 120 residential properties
- Conduct property inspections
- Carry out gas safety checks
- Provide excellent customer service
Salary / Benefits
- £33,000 salary
- £2,000 annual discretionary bonus
- 9-5:30 Monday-Friday
- No weekend work
- ARLA Qualification sponsorship
- Great opportunities for internal progression
Commission Structure
- Any renewal negotiated over 5%, you will receive £50
- Any renewal negotiated under 5%, you will receive £25
- If you negotiate 8 or more renewals over 5%, you will receive a £100 bonus
