This is a superb opportunity for a Block Manager to join a proactive and professional team managing a high-end residential leasehold portfolio across South West London.
This role offers full autonomy over your portfolio while being part of a collaborative office culture that values expertise, accountability, and service excellence. Based in a vibrant Teddington office, you’ll be working in a hybrid set up, working alongside senior leadership and support teams to deliver best-in-class property management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of residential leasehold blocks in South West London
- Build strong relationships with leaseholders, RMCs/freeholders, and contractors
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure full compliance with H&S and regulatory standards
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets, oversee major works and Section 20 processes
- Attend AGMs and director meetings, providing professional guidance and reporting
- Collaborate with accounts and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Experienced Block Manager with demonstrable success managing residential blocks
- TPI qualified – desirable but not essential
- Strong communicator, confident in managing client relationships and resolving disputes
- Organised, proactive, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum
