Our client is a well-established, independent property management and advisory firm with a strong reputation in Central London. With decades of experience managing prestigious residential and mixed-use developments across the capital, they’re now looking for an experienced Senior Block Manager to join their growing residential team.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of 300–500 units across prime Central London locations, ensuring properties are well-maintained, compliant, and run to the highest standard for leaseholders and residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of 300–500 units across London, delivering a high standard of client and leaseholder service
  • Overseeing service charge budgets, expenditure, and year-end accounts
  • Liaising with leaseholders, freeholders, contractors, and RMC/RTM directors
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and building regulations
  • Coordinating major works projects (Section 20 consultations) and building maintenance
  • Attending AGMs and board meetings as required
  • Supporting and mentoring junior property managers within the team

About You

  • Proven experience as a Block/Property Manager at senior level
  • Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation (LTA 1985, RICS Code of Practice, etc.)
  • IRPM/AIRPM qualified or working towards
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing a high-value, prime London portfolio
