One Property Recruitment are partnered with an area leading property management in Liverpool city centre who’re looking for a Head of Property Management to lead and manage their successful property management team. In this position, you will receive support and guidance from the directors and fellow senior management team, but we are looking for an experienced property professional who has previous experience in managing teams.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 5 property managers
- Monitoring performance and setting KPI’s
- Holding 1 to 1’s and supporting with recruitment
- Overseeing the residential portfolio and assisting the team where needed
- Provide excellent customer service
- Liaising efficiently with other departments
Salary and Benefits
- £32,000 salary + commission & profit share
- 9-5 Monday-Friday, no weekend work
- ARLA Sponsorship
- Generous holiday package + Bank holidays off

Qualifications And Skills
- 4+ years’ experience in residential property management
- Experience in managing a team of property managers
- Full UK Driving License
