LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR – JEWELLERY QUARTER, BIRMINGHAM – £25K

One Property Recruitment is seeking a Lettings Administrator for an area-leading property management company located in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter (B3 postcode). This role offers opportunities for career progression and on-the-job training with senior managers and lettings directors.

Salary & Benefits

  • £25,000 salary
  • 9 – 5:30, Monday to Friday
  • 2 days working from home, following successful probation (3 months)
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Modern office space
  • Support & training from senior property managers and lettings directors

The Primary Responsibilities

  • Answering calls, arranging viewings and dealing with lettings/property enquiries
  • Processing tenant applications and referencing, including right to rent checks and sanction checks for tenants and landlords
  • Prepare tenancy paperwork (tenancy agreement, safety certification, deposit registration)
  • Set up new properties and tenancies on Qube – the database/system
  • Rent increase administration (section 13) and updating Qube
  • Invoicing clients for letting and renewal services
  • Garage portfolio management including arrears management
  • General office duties (filing, archiving, reception, telephone and office cover)
  • Liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors
