One Property Recruitment is in search of an Office/Block Manager in Harrogate for an independent Chartered Surveyors practice. This will be a diverse position where you’ll be required to assist the business on many fronts including Finance & Bookkeeping, Administration, Property Management, and Staff Support. You’ll be joining a positive working environment where the whole team are aligned in their collective approach to delivering the best service.
The Role Will Include:
- Providing bookkeeping and budgeting support
- Managing client enquiries
- Assisting with conveyancing matters
- Supporting surveyors and other staff as required
- Working collaboratively with the property administration & legal teams
Salary/Benefits:
- £35,000 salary DOE
- 9-5:30, Mon-Fri with a 1-hour lunch break
- 28 days annual leave
- Support from the board of Directors
- Qualification sponsorship
Criteria Needed To Be Invited For An Interview:
- 2+ years Accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Full UK driver’s license
