We are working with a fantastic Build to Rent developer who are seeking a new member of the team to deliver exceptional customer service and support the smooth running of a vibrant residential development. You’ll be the friendly face at the front desk, helping residents feel at home while ensuring the building remains safe, secure, and well-managed.
Hours: 20 hours per week, two fixed shifts (08:30–13:30 and 14:30–20:00), including some weekends and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
- Manage front desk operations, calls, emails, and resident enquiries.
- Handle parcel deliveries, key management, and contractor coordination.
- Log and progress maintenance issues promptly.
- Conduct apartment viewings, check ins, inspections, and check-outs.
- Complete regular building walks to ensure safety and security.
- Assist with lettings administration, utility updates, and deposit returns.
- Support resident communications and community engagement, including events.
- Maintain compliance documentation and accurate records.
