Property Manager (Block) – Residential – Brighton
Salary: £35,000
Location: Brighton & Hove
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for a manageable portfolio of around 57 blocks / 348 units, with strong support from a close-knit and sociable team.
- Work in a vibrant, office-based environment, sharing ideas and learning from colleagues.
- Be prepared to develop technical knowledge; attitude and clear communication style are key.
- A car is required due to the spread of the portfolio; on-site parking is available.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Block Manager who has already managed their own portfolio.
- Willingness to develop and grow within the sector; positive attitude and communication.

- TPI accreditation is desirable; if not yet achieved, the company will fully sponsor and support your qualification.
