Block Manager – Sheffield – £45k + Benefits
OPR are working with a highly reputable and growing managing agent to source an experienced Block Manager to join their Sheffield team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is looking to manage a varied portfolio while working with a supportive team. You’ll be overseeing a beautifully maintained portfolio, with the resources and backing of a great company that values both its people and its clients. This role offers a balance of responsibility, autonomy, and development opportunities, making it perfect for someone eager to take the next step in their block management career.
The Role Will Include
- Managing a portfolio of residential blocks and estates across Sheffield and the surrounding areas
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, leaseholders, and contractors
- Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring all H&S requirements are met
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets
- Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance works
- Attending AGMs, and client consultations as required
Salary/Benefits
- £40,000 – £45,000 salary DOE
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Hybrid working once embedded
Criteria Needed To Be Invited For An Interview
- 2 years+ experience in block management
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Excellent customer-service is a must
- TPI qualified or working towards (sponsorship available)
- Full UK Driver’s License
