We are seeking an experienced Block Manager with prime residential exposure to join a well‑established, quality‑focused property management business serving high‑net‑worth clients.

Location: London

Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, standard hours. Up to 2 days working from home once settled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End‑to‑end management of a prime residential portfolio (approximately 15 blocks, ~300 units).
  • Preparation and management of service charge budgets.
  • Handling Section 20 major works consultations.
  • Contractor appointment, management and performance monitoring.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and best‑practice standards.
  • Confident, professional communication with high‑net‑worth leaseholders and clients.

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
