One Property Recruitment are partnered with an area leading property management company in search for a Block Manager in Cheltenham. The main function of this role is to communicate efficiently with leaseholders, clients, and contractors to ensure a first-class service for all parties involved with the development. We’re looking for someone from a strong property lettings background or someone who has some experience within block management. Strong communication skills will be pivotal in deciding whether you’re successful for interviewing.

Our client is a family run business who have had great success in recent years and are looking to expand.

The Role Will Include:

  • Managing the internal and external communal areas of a variety of Leasehold, Right to Manage, RMC and Freehold Developments.
  • Building good relationships with clients and customers.
  • Communicating updates across all supportive BNS departments to the client of developments on their scheme.
  • Managing the Property Management inbox and calls.
  • Liaising with a range of stakeholders in particular colleagues, clients, contractors, landlords and residents to ensure quality service provision.
  • Undertaking site inspections and reporting actions through our bespoke portal, to ensure our managed blocks are maintained and serviced to a high standard.
  • Attending and chairing meetings with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Financial management to include preparation of Service Charge estimates, review of expenditure and improving the financial position of developments.

Criteria Needed To Be Invited For An Interview:

  • 2+ years property management experience
  • An understanding of the basic duties of a block manager
  • Fantastic communication & organisation skills
  • Full UK driver’s license
