Overview
Block Management role with One Property Recruitment, area leading managing agent in Birmingham. The role will manage a local portfolio across the Midlands including high-rise buildings. The working environment is positive with staff incentives and opportunities for progression. The office is in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter with good public transport options.
Responsibilities
- Managing a leasehold portfolio of 20 developments across Birmingham
- Completing major works projects and issuing S20 notices
- Setting and adjusting service charge budgets
- Charing AGM meetings for your sites
- Working collaboratively with the property administration & legal team
Salary and Benefits
- £45,000 salary DOE
- 1 day working from home, 1 day on site
- TPI Qualification Sponsorship
- Support from Seniors & Directors
- On-site parking
- 9-5:30 Mon-Fri with flexible hours
Requirements
- 2+ years’ Block Management experience
- TPI qualifications
- Full UK driver’s license
