We are looking for a proactive and personable Assistant Block Manager to join a respected specialist residential property management team in central London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in block management and is ready to develop professionally within a highly supportive and structured environment. You will assist with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of blocks, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant and delivering excellent service to clients and residents. You will benefit from a collaborative office culture where ideas are actively shared, and team members support one another to achieve high standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Property Managers with operational tasks across residential blocks
  • Help co-ordinate contractors, inspections and compliance checks
  • Communicate professionally with leaseholders and team members
  • Assist with service charge budgeting and routine reporting
