The Role
We’re on the hunt for an Experienced Automotive Stock Controller to manage and oversee our stock operations and registration requirements of New and Used cars. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our inventory is accurate, up-to-date, and ready to meet our customer demand.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate vehicle stock records.
- Coordinating vehicle orders, arrivals, and dispatches.
- Liaising with sales, service, and management teams to meet operational needs.
- Ensuring compliance with the manufacturer and dealership policies.
- Registration and registration transfers of vehicles.
- Identifying and resolving stock concerns quickly and effectively.
- Working closely with Management at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive stock control (dealership experience).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems – ERA, ERA Power, Vic Roads, Saleslog.
