Hours: 35 hours per week. Fixed term to 31 March 2027 (with intention from Scottish Government to extend to March 2029)
Salary: £54,899 – £63,135
Reports to: Deputy CEO
Works closely with: CEO, Senior Leadership Team, Finance and Business Development Teams and partner leads through the project steering group
Line management: Partnership Officer, National Advice and Information Services Manager and Debt Services Manager

About this role:
We are seeking an exceptional leader to establish and lead a new partnership through its first year, building the foundation of a sustainable multi-year programme. Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will lead a parity of esteem partnership across four organisations called the Weave Partnership. The Weave Partnership will offer single parent families, and other priority family groups, a single, strengths based plan built around one trusted relationship, on the principle of ‘no wrong door’.
Working as part of our Senior Leadership Team, you will help embed our service delivery framework, My Life and Me, in areas where OPFS will be developing full service hubs, and the areas the Weave Partnership moves into. You will also be responsible for overseeing and developing our established national advice and debt services. This is a pivotal, values led role at the heart of our mission to strengthen the wellbeing of single parent families.
