One Parent Families Scotland is seeking an exceptional leader to establish and lead a new partnership in its first year. You will build the foundation of a sustainable multi-year programme and report to the Deputy CEO, guiding a parity of esteem partnership across four organisations in the Weave Partnership.
You will embed the service framework My Life and Me within OPFS’s developing full service hubs, oversee national advice and debt services, and shape a values-led approach to strengthen the organisation.
