- Maintain a comprehensive database of available talent and their skill sets.
- Line managing the crew in your teams, conduct regular performance reviews and providing mentoring and career development guidance.
- Managing lifecycle events for your team; onboarding, contract changes, salary and promotion actions and offboarding as required.
- Ensuring the team has access to the necessary tools, software, and equipment escalating requests to tech where needed.
- Monitoring needs for hiring within your teams, working with the recruitment team and the Head of Resourcing to facilitate.
- Keep crew scheduling software up to date with adapting needs on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with department HODs on balancing skills within their disciplines. Flagging training needs to the HOD’s and People team.
- Be the first point of contact for artists day to day line management, escalating any ongoing concerns to the People team where needed.
- Maintain a high team morale and support any artist wellbeing challenges.
