We are the largest independent Convenience Store chain in Scotland. Our stores are at the heart of our local communities and stock a range of alcohol, tobacco, and fresh food products. We are looking for experienced and talented Store Supervisors to join our store in Maryhill.

The Role: As a Store Supervisor, your role will include:
- Being an ambassador for your store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Having a ‘can do’ attitude and valuing being part of a successful team.
- Ensuring the store is fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised.
- Making sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times.
- Helping the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets.
- Ensuring stock-checks are completed daily, weekly, and monthly.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in till operations and be competent in all aspects of cash handling.
- The ability to manage small teams, take ownership of your role, and motivate others.
- The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Good communication, computer knowledge, and numeracy skills desirable.
