The Role: Serve as an ambassador for your store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Maintain a ‘can do’ attitude and work collaboratively with the team. Ensure that security measures within your store are adhered to at all times. Keep the store fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised. Adhere to licensing and compliance requirements at all times. Upsell products and promotions. Provide excellent customer service, serving and promoting sales at the till.
Experience: Efficient in till operations. Competent with cash handling. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility towards working hours. Experience gained within a retail environment is desirable. Previous customer service experience is desirable. Confidence in maximising sales.
