We are the largest independent convenience store chain in Scotland. Our stores are at the heart of our local communities and stock a range of alcohol, tobacco, and fresh food products. We are looking for an experienced and talented Store Supervisor to join our store at Lochdochart Road.

The Role As a Store Supervisor, your role will include:
- To be an ambassador for your store, making your store your own, and create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
- Having a ‘can‑do’ attitude who values being part of a successful team.
- Ensuring the store is fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised.
- Making sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times.
- Helping the store achieve its KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets.
- Ensuring stock‑checks are completed daily, weekly, and monthly.
The Person The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in till operations and competence in all aspects of cash handling.
- Ability to manage small teams, to take ownership of your role and motivate others.
- The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills desirable.
