We are looking for an experienced and talented Store Manager Designate to join our store in Glasgow.

The Role As a Store Manager Designate, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead by example, making your store your own and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Ensure all staff members under your supervision are fully trained in every aspect of their job and can carry out their duties effectively.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked, labeled, and well merchandised.
- Comply with all company policies and processes, applying corrective action where required.
- Ensure the store achieves its KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets.
- Ensure your cash preparation is completed as per the company procedures.
The Person The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
- A proven track record in managing small and large teams.
- The ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
