We are looking for experienced and talented Customer Service Assistant/Delivery Driver to join our store on Gleddoch Road – Penilee.

The Role: As a Customer Service Assistant/Delivery Driver your role will include:
- Picking, preparing and delivering home delivery orders.
- Providing excellent customer service to the customer.
- Ensuring the store is fully stocked, labelled and well‑merchandised.
- Complying with all company policies and processes.
- Achieving the store’s KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets.
- Ensuring cash preparation is completed as per company procedures.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of three years driving experience and no more than six points on your licence.
- The ability to pick, prepare, load the van and deliver orders at any time from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to use a smartphone, tablet and the home delivery app.
