We are looking for experienced and talented Store Manager to join our Store, Milton.

The Role

  • As a Store Manager Designate, Your Role Will Include
  • To lead by example, making your store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
  • Ensure all staff members under your supervision are fully trained in every aspect of their job and can carry out their job effectively.
  • Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
  • To comply with all company policies and process and apply corrective action where required.
  • To ensure the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets
  • ensure your cash preparation is completed as per the company procedures.

  • The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • a minimum of 2 years retail management experience is desired.
  • Proven track record in managing small and large teams
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast -paced environment.
  • Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills essential
