One Nest is hiring a founding team member to lead the commercial side of the business — owning brand and property partnerships as we launch and scale our first retail hubs. This is a founding-level position with genuine ownership of the commercial engine, not a standard employee role.

You’ll be the person signing brands, negotiating shopping-centre space, and building the partnerships that drive our growth.

Responsibilities
  • Source, pitch, and sign independent brands onto the platform
  • Negotiate and secure retail space with shopping centres and property partners
  • Build and manage a pipeline of brand and property relationships
  • Represent One Nest in commercial conversations and close deals
  • Shape the commercial strategy as we scale from the first hub outward
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in retail, brand partnerships, property, or commercial sales
  • An existing network on the brand and/or shopping-centre side — genuine contacts you can activate
  • Founding-level drive: someone who wants to build a business, not manage a function
  • Based in or able to work hands-on in the North East
What we offer
  • A founding-level stake in an early-stage, high-growth retail-tech business
  • Equity and structure open to discussion for the right person
  • Real ownership and influence over the direction of the company
