Overview
ATAM Academy is seeking a new member of our teaching team to cover staff PPA, CPD and absence in the Primary phase to maximise the progress and outcome of all pupils.
The post reports directly to the Senior Assistant Principal.
About ATAM Academy
ATAM Academy is an all-through Free School which opened in September 2016.
We are an expanding school with approximately 1250 pupils from nursery to Year 13, and part of the One Multi Academies Trust with another secondary school based in Wolverhampton.
Responsibilities
- Provide PPA, CPD and absence cover in the Primary phase to maximise the progress and outcomes of all pupils.
- Support teaching and learning, promoting pupils\' wellbeing and development.
- Demonstrate a positive impact on pupils\' learning, wellbeing and development; contribute to a professional and dedicated staff team during a period of rapid improvement.

- Experience of supporting children in a school or similar setting.
- Ability to demonstrate a positive impact on pupils\' learning, wellbeing and development.
- Passion for supporting teaching and learning, with drive, commitment and creativity.
