Are you a patient-focused GP looking for a varied and rewarding role across a diverse patient population? OneMedical Group is seeking a Salaried General Practitioner to support our Milton Keynes practices at Whitehouse Surgery, Brooklands Health Centre and Neath Hill Health Centre. This is a flexible, city-wide role designed to provide clinical support across our three Milton Keynes sites according to service needs. There is no fixed site allocation or established working pattern, offering variety and the opportunity to work with different teams and patient communities. You will only be required to work from one site per day.

Your Role

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care, working collaboratively within a well-established multidisciplinary team.
  • Deliver safe, effective and evidence-based care through a mix of face-to-face, telephone and home visit consultations.
  • Manage both routine and urgent primary care presentations.
  • Support patients with long-term and complex health conditions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services and patient outcomes.
  • Support the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patients are cared for at the right time, by the right clinician.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional and organisational standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Fully registered with the GMC and included on the Performers List, or having recently completed CCT and awaiting inclusion/registration.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
  • Excellent communicators with strong clinical decision-making skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple practice locations.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
