Rosedean House Surgery is looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team in the heart of Liskeard.
Following our recent CQC 'Good' rating, we're continuing to invest in our services and our people, making this an exciting time to join the practice.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across a broad range of practice nursing services, including long-term condition management, health promotion, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and preventative healthcare.
You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of our local community while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What We're Looking For
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience working as a Practice Nurse within a primary care setting.
- Experience managing long-term conditions and delivering health promotion and preventative care.
- Competence in immunisations, wound care and cervical cytology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development
