This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, expanding People Team and play a pivotal role in supporting our regional operations across the Midlands and Southern England. The sites this role will cover are: OneMK PCN (3 Surgeries) in Milton Keynes, St Neots Health Centre, Bracknell Urgent Care Centre, Rosedean House Surgery (Liskeard) and Minehead Medical Centre (Minehead). You will be expected to visit each of the services on a monthly basis or depending on needs or specific projects.

As Regional HR Business Partner (People Partner), you will act as a strategic and operational partner to senior leaders across multiple sites. Working closely with regional management, site teams, and central support functions, you will lead on people matters across a geographically dispersed workforce.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving the delivery of the people agenda, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, regulatory requirements, and best practice in people management and employee relations.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Leading on complex employee relations cases with confidence and professionalism.
  • Supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and performance management initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with leaders to enable high performance and engagement.

About You

  • A proven track record in HR business partnering or HR management within a complex, multi-site environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
  • Strong employee relations expertise and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
  • A full UK driving licence, access to a car, and confidence travelling regularly between sites.

Working Arrangements
