About the Role: We are looking for a Receptionist (Patient Navigator) to join our welcoming administrative team at Whitehouse Surgery. The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience within a GP practice and will be a confident communicator with a friendly and welcoming nature. This is a permanent contract. Full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time can be considered. Availability to cover shifts will be discussed with the line managers during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and visitors, managing check-ins, and providing appointment information.
- Answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Scheduling and managing appointments using our system.
- Processing prescription requests from patients and pharmacies.
- Handling patient queries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters, with accuracy.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and ensuring smooth handovers for colleagues.
- Completing administrative tasks such as patient registrations and updates.
What You’ll Bring:
