- Group Clinical Lead ensuring clinical quality, compliance, and governance.
- Associate Director of Patient Safety & Associate Director of Quality - ensuring safe, effective patient care and high standards in line with regulatory requirements.
- Business Manager - partnering to improve operations, efficiency, and service delivery.
- Regional Network Operations Manager - to ensure alignment with operational and strategic priorities within the southern practices.
- A wider supportive MDT and organisational network dedicated to innovation and clinical excellence.
Knowledge, Training & Experience (Person Specification):
- Essential: GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List (no restrictions).
- Experienced GP with a genuine interest in clinical leadership and service improvement.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to audit, governance, safety and quality.
- Ability to build supportive, positive working relationships.
