One Medical Group is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our two Aberdeen GP clinics, Great Western Medical Practice and Whinhill Medical Practice. This part-time role (30 hours per week, 0.75 WTE) offers autonomous clinical care across two well‑established practices, delivering patient‑centred care while shaping modern primary care services.
You will assess, diagnose and manage patients with acute and long‑term conditions, working with GPs, nurses and pharmacists.
