Role Summary
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Graphic Designer who is a true self-starter and thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. This role is ideally suited to a junior-to-midweight designer ready to develop their career within a busy, multi-brand setting. As a designer, you will play a key role in creating and evolving visual communications across a diverse portfolio of brands. You will have a solid understanding of branding, layout, and campaign development, with the ability to deliver creative solutions across both digital and print channels. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will contribute to campaign development, ensure brand consistency, and produce high-quality, engaging design work that supports commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative ideas and design concepts across multiple brands
- Produce high-quality design work from concept through to final delivery for both print and digital
- Design a wide range of materials including social media assets, menus, web banners, brochures, advertisements, signage, packaging and more
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all brand touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Take feedback constructively and respond efficiently with revisions
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns

Skills and Experience
Essential
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Artworker, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and conceptual thinking
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Understanding of design principles including typography, layout, colour theory and visual hierarchy and brand application
- Experience creating assets across both print and digital channels, including marketing collateral, social media content, signage, advertisements, email graphics and promotional materials
- Ability to work across multiple brands while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to brand guidelines
- Strong image editing and retouching skills
- Awareness of social media trends and platform requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with the wider Marketing team and stakeholders across the business
- A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for design
Desirable
- Previous experience working in an in-house marketing team, agency environment or multi-brand organisation
- Experience designing for hospitality, leisure, tourism, events or lifestyle brands
- Basic motion graphics, animation or video editing skills using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar software
- Experience creating short-form video content and assets for social media platforms
- Knowledge of preparing artwork for print production and working with external suppliers
- Photography, image editing or content creation experience
- Understanding of website content management systems and digital marketing best practices
