We have an exciting opportunity for an Insight, Intelligence and Performance Business Partner to join our team! Working closely with senior leaders, you'll play a key role in helping us become a truly data driven and intelligence led organisation. You'll be embedded within the business to build a deep understanding of services, performance challenges and priorities and will provide constructive challenge and recommendations that help to inform both strategic and operational decisions. You'll do this by delivering high quality insight and recommendations, and by developing the reporting frameworks that inform strategic and operational decision making across the business.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a business partnering, insight or BI role, with a track record of working closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and influence decision making.
- Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful, actionable insight.
- Proven experience of designing and delivering dashboards, reporting frameworks and data visualisations, using data storytelling techniques to engage audiences, clearly communicate performance and drive action, alongside conducting deep-dive analysis.
- Strong technical capability, with experience of using tools such as PowerBI, SQL and Power Query.
- Experience of defining and managing KPIs and performance measures and an understanding of data quality and governance principles.
- Experience of working within a complex matrix environment, with strong stakeholder management skills and with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to lead analytical projects, manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the housing sector and operational performance.
