You will lead the Commercial Team ensuring the successful letting, sales and management of PRS and homeownership tenures including shared ownership and rent to buy and you will be responsible for the effective day to day management services for leaseholders.
We’re looking for those that can implement policies and procedures that support an effective, professional leasehold management service.
What we require?
- Understanding of shared ownership, affordable homeownership and/or PRS products, as well as Leasehold management including consultation requirements and service charge management
- Experience of target driven sales and/or letting environment including arrears management
- Financial appraisal and analytical skills
- Ability to manage budgets and cost centre management
- Experience of leading and managing staff to meet delivery targets and objectives, in a customer orientated environment
- Able to operate strategically and collaboratively and can represent the Group in a range of internal and external forums
- Excellent communication skills and can easily engage, persuade and influence at all levels
- Comprehensive data analysis and research experience and the application of appropriate techniques to manage projects
Please note the role requires flexible working and will involve occasional evening and Saturday commitments.
