We have an exciting position available for a Multiskilled Painter and Decorator to join us!
You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service, working to a Right First Time approach by completing repairs efficiently and wherever possible, in a single visit. You will carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, refurbishment and renewal works across all One Manchester owned and managed properties, including both tenanted and vacant homes.
What we are looking for:
- Completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ Level 2 qualification.
- Demonstrable competency in painting and decorating (core trade) with additional experience in plumbing, plastering, joinery and tiling.
- Working knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and CDM regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, delivering high standards of customer service.
- Full UK driving licence.
