Youll provide an effective, customer-focused service for the processing of Right to Buy (RTB) and Right to Acquire (RTA) applications and sales, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements throughout. Youll manage customer enquiries and applications, confirm eligibility, secure required customer contributions, and oversee the continuous improvement of procedures, making full use of QL and Documotive to track live cases and monitor performance. The role also includes supervising the RTB and RTA Sales Assistant, supporting their development while ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.
Youll oversee activity through to sale completion, ensuring systems are updated to reflect changes in property status, supporting financial accounting and reconciliation of disposals, and providing information to reclaim RTA grants. Working closely with internal teams and external solicitors, youll also manage legal enquiries and post-sale matters, including deeds of postponement and other legal requirements associated with RTB and RTA sales.
