£110,000 per annum

The role

You’ll set the vision for our IT, data and performance strategy, ensuring technology and insight power everything we do. Working with the Leadership Team, you’ll drive transformation, modernise systems, and lead talented teams to deliver meaningful, measurable impact.

You’ll:

• Lead IT, data and performance functions with clarity and ambition
• Drive digital innovation and continuous improvement
• Deliver strong governance, insight and major transformation projects
• Provide expert leadership to senior stakeholders and the Board
• Inspire high-performing teams through coaching, development and collaboration

What you’ll bring

• Proven Director-level leadership across IT, data and performance
• Experience enabling organisational change through technology and insight
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Power BI and related reporting tools
• ITIL/CoBIT and PRINCE2 (or equivalent)
