We have a fantastic opportunity for an Asset Data Team Leader to support the homes team in the delivery of policies and strategies by providing data led reports to support assets and repairs focussed decisions. You'll ensure all assets and repairs data is maintained accurately and meets the targets set in our asset management strategy.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Take the lead role on data management for the Assets team ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Be responsible for undertaking data audits and validation checks on asset management data.
  • Compile and run reports as required to inform strategic asset management decisions to be made.
  • Support with instructing surveys for asbestos, EPC, stock conditions, lab test information and compile data.
  • Utilise and analyse repairs data to inform planned investment decisions.
  • Undertake reporting on the Decent Homes Standard.
  • Provide support on disrepair cases by providing data and insight identifying trends and patterns.

What we're looking for:

  • Appropriate academic qualification/professional qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written ability, strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Management of stakeholders (customers, consultants etc.).
  • Up to date knowledge of appropriate legislation.
  • Able to assess risk associated with asset decisions.
  • Proven experience of managing data systems and of using asset management systems.
  • Advanced level of knowledge of using Microsoft Excel.
