We have an exciting opportunity for an Insight, Intelligence and Performance Business Partner to join our team. Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in helping us become a truly data‑driven and intelligence‑led organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders and business stakeholders to shape data‑driven decisions and influence business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a business partnering, insight or BI role, with a track record of working closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and influence decision making.
- Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful, actionable insight.
- Proven experience of designing and delivering dashboards, reporting frameworks and data visualisations, using data storytelling techniques to engage audiences, clearly communicate performance and drive action, alongside conducting deep‑dive analysis.
- Strong technical capability, with experience of using tools such as PowerBI, SQL and Power Query.
- Experience of defining and managing KPIs and performance measures and an understanding of data quality and governance principles.
- Experience of working within a complex matrix environment, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to lead analytical projects, manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the housing sector and operational performance.
