We have an exciting opportunity for an Income Team Leader to join us! You will support the Income and Financial Inclusion Manager in the delivery of a high-quality income service to our customers, maximising income collection across all tenure types, ensuring compliance of relevant pre-action protocols and regulatory measures. Developing on our existing customer service and debt management culture within the team.
What we require:
- Minimum 5 years' experience of working in the housing sector delivering services to customers providing high quality and effective arrears management.
- Minimum 2 years line management experience leading a team.
- Experience/knowledge of delivering income collection services with varying tenures e.g. Supported accommodation, Former Tenant Arrears, Leaseholders, Market Rent, Rent to Buy, Shared owners, Garage and Sundry Debts.
- Knowledge and experience of the County Court rules and pre-action protocols and procedures, and relevant government legislation, for dealing with debt and experience of successfully presenting cases in Court.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative to meet objectives/deadlines.
- Clean Driving Licence.
